Are you looking for more energy, weight loss, getting in shape and feeling both healthy and fit?  Then Slezak’s Karate School‘s Women’s Martial Arts Cardio Class is exactly what your looking for.

       You will be taking part in a  high impact full body workout that  only a martial arts incorporated cardio class can offer you.  Participants will take part in a variety of  partner exercises and workouts, bag training, and other martial arts inspired cardio ply metric workouts.  Participants will be using targets, dumbbells, exercise balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, free standing targets, kettle bells, aerobic steps.
